NYC Prime Contracting will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but is not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Permits & Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We comply with all applicable New York City building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Warranties for materials are provided by the manufacturer.
Workmanship warranties will be detailed in your project contract.
Any alterations or repairs performed by third parties without our consent may void applicable warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

NYC Prime Contracting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, defects, or unforeseen conditions.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Project cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already completed or materials purchased.
Refund policies will be specified in your contract.
